2. Service and hosting
LeQGC helps creators organise prospecting, professional contacts, opportunities, collaborations, deliverables, follow-ups and indicative financial tracking. It also offers an online portfolio, a members-only community space, a shop of digital template packs and a gear selection with affiliate links. It is neither a regulated accounting service, nor a legal advice service, nor a guarantee of securing collaborations.
The application is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA — phone: +1 888 993 5273 — https://www.cloudflare.com) on its Cloudflare Workers network. Database, authentication and storage are provided by Supabase (Supabase Inc. and Supabase Pte. Ltd., Singapore — https://supabase.com — contact: privacy@supabase.com; Supabase does not publish a postal address or phone number in its public documents). The project's database region is set to Ireland; this does not mean that all technical services and access take place exclusively in Ireland.
3. Intellectual property
The Service's interfaces, text, functionality, graphics and software are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Users retain the rights they hold in their own materials and data. Unauthorised exploitation of the provider's or any third party's materials is prohibited.
4. Affiliate links and commercial communications
