1. Subscription cancellation
Stopping the renewal of a monthly or annual subscription does not necessarily legally undo an already completed purchase. Users may cancel future renewals at any time using their account or the Paddle buyer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
The question about the reason for leaving and any alternative shown before confirmation are optional and do not prevent cancellation.
Annual plan: except for statutory withdrawal, a missing pre-renewal reminder, a more protective statutory right or a failure by CINE SERVICES, cancelling does not entitle the user to a refund of the unused part of the annual period already paid.
2. Statutory withdrawal
Where an EU consumer is entitled to withdraw from a distance contract for services, the general withdrawal period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract, subject to the exceptions and conditions laid down by applicable law. Starting to use a continuing SaaS product does not, by itself, extinguish that right. Customers in other jurisdictions retain the rights afforded to them by applicable local law.
Withdrawal notices should unambiguously state the consumer's decision and reasonably identify the order. Users can contact support@leqgc.com for coordination with the seller or use Paddle's buyer support at https://paddle.net/. If applicable local law requires an additional online withdrawal function, that route must also be made available for the relevant online contract.
No provision is intended to waive mandatory rights in advance.
3. Refunds and service issues
For transactions sold by Paddle, financial refunds are determined and executed through Paddle, subject to applicable statutory rights and the seller's Refund Policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Service problems may be reported to support@leqgc.com with relevant dates, the affected feature and the transaction reference. Never disclose passwords or full card numbers.
4. Digital template packs
Packs are digital content supplied without a physical medium. The withdrawal right can no longer be exercised once the pack is made available, where the buyer expressly requested immediate delivery, acknowledged losing that right and received the order confirmation by email. Without this consent and this confirmation, the 14-day statutory period still applies.
If a file is defective, incomplete or does not match its description, the buyer can write to support@leqgc.com: the file is replaced or, failing that, the refund is executed by Paddle. A refund ends the licence and removes the pack from “Mes achats”. Statutory conformity guarantees for digital content still apply.
IMPORTANT CONSUMER INFORMATION BY LOCATION
Renewal notice — The monthly plan renews every month and the annual plan every year (every thirteen months for annual subscriptions taken out before 26 October 2026) until cancelled. You can stop the next renewal at any time, without contractual advance notice or cancellation penalty, through your account or Paddle's buyer portal. Paid access normally lasts until the end of the paid period. For the annual plan, you receive a reminder between three months and one month before the deadline to avoid renewal. More protective mandatory laws remain applicable.
European Union (including France, Belgium and Luxembourg) — Where you qualify as a consumer and the statutory conditions apply, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance services contract. Withdrawal is distinct from ordinary cancellation, and initial use alone is not an automatic waiver. Applicable online withdrawal and cancellation mechanisms remain available as required by law. For digital template packs, this right ends when the pack is made available if you requested immediate delivery, acknowledged losing the right and received your order confirmation.
Switzerland — Swiss law does not establish a general 14-day withdrawal right for every online service purchase. Applicable statutory protections and the reseller's terms remain relevant.
Morocco — When Moroccan consumer law applies and its conditions are met, certain distance contracts allow a seven-day withdrawal period, subject to legal exceptions. Mandatory Moroccan consumer rights remain unaffected.
