1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern use of the LeQGC software by account holders and members of their teams whom they authorise. By creating or using an account, users acknowledge the terms brought to their attention and accept them when acceptance is requested. Mandatory consumer rights apply whenever the user qualifies for their protection.
They cover the Free, Essential and Pro plans, the community, the gear shop, the digital template packs and the brand directory. Packs are also subject to their detailed terms of use: https://leqgc.com/packs/conditions. Where they conflict on a point specific to packs, those detailed terms prevail.
2. Features and workspace data
Subject to their access rights, users can organise records of brands, professional contacts, opportunities, collaborations, deliverables, deadlines, tasks and indicative amounts. Financial calculations and tracking are informational only and are not substitutes for compliant invoicing, regulated accounting or professional advice.
Documents and content prepared with LeQGC: quotes, invoice drafts, agreement summaries, payment reminders, suggested rates and benchmarks, outreach messages and templates, contract templates and, more generally, any document, text or content generated, suggested or prefilled by LeQGC, including through the ChatGPT and Claude connector, are aids provided for information only. They are built from the information entered by the user and from general settings that do not take the user's particular situation into account. Before sending anything to a brand or another third party, the user checks, under their sole responsibility, that it is accurate, complete and compliant with the rules that apply to them (in particular required mentions, invoice numbering, VAT regime and rate, prices, payment terms and licensed rights), and adapts it where needed. When the user switches on an automatic sending, such as payment reminders from Gmail, they check the content and settings of these messages when switching it on and remain responsible for them. These documents and messages are issued by the user in their own name, including when they are sent automatically from their Gmail account; LeQGC is not a party to the relationship between the user and brands. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CINE SERVICES is not liable for the consequences of a document or content sent or used without this check.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information they enter, particularly third-party contact details. Users must not upload sensitive or unauthorised information and remain responsible for their outreach messages and uploaded content.
Ranks, distinctions, challenges, seasons and monthly recaps are motivation features computed from the user's activity in their workspace. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or converted and give no right to any reward, unless a specific offer expressly says so. Their rules may change from one season to the next.
3. Accounts and team access
Users must protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorised access to support. Team members may access only the functions and information permitted by their assigned roles. Account holders are responsible for the permissions they grant. Access may be restricted in cases of abuse, threats to security or material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
4. Plans, price and purchase
There are three plans. The Free plan is open to any account with a confirmed email address: it includes the online portfolio and up to three brands created over the whole life of the account (deleting a brand does not free a slot). Other modules, including collaborations, deliverables, payments, expenses and tasks, are reserved for paid plans. The Essential plan gives access to the creator modules. The Pro plan adds the modules marked “Pro” in the interface. The content of each plan is as presented at the time of subscription.
The paid subscription is offered as two plans, Essential and Pro, each with two billing periods. Reference prices excluding applicable taxes: Essential EUR 19.99 per month or EUR 199.90 per year; Pro EUR 29.99 per month or EUR 299.90 per year at the preferential launch price reserved for the first fifty (50) Pro subscribers, then EUR 39.99 per month or EUR 399.90 per year for Pro subscriptions taken out once those fifty places have been allocated. The preferential launch price is guaranteed to the subscriber who benefits from it for as long as their Pro subscription stays active without interruption, including when changing billing period; it ends if the Pro subscription ends (effective cancellation or non-payment) or on a move to the Essential plan, any new Pro subscription then being offered at the price applicable on that date. The number of remaining places shown on the website is indicative; the price applicable to each purchase is the one displayed in the checkout interface before its confirmation. The annual plan, paid upfront for a twelve-month period, equals twelve months at the monthly rate less the equivalent of two months ("2 months free"). The final payable price, including tax where due, the transaction currency and the length of the period are displayed before purchase confirmation in the checkout interface.
Essential annual subscriptions taken out before 26 October 2026 at the reference price of EUR 215.89 excluding taxes for a thirteen-month period (twelve months at the monthly rate less 10%, plus a thirteenth month at no extra charge) remain governed by those terms until the end of their current period; the month at no extra charge has no separate cash value and cannot be refunded, carried over or converted. Complimentary access or promotions granted separately only combine with a paid plan where the relevant offer says so.
Purchases processed through Paddle are sold by the applicable Paddle entity identified at checkout as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. CINE SERVICES supplies the software, while Paddle handles the transaction under its Buyer Terms. Paddle collects payment, calculates and collects VAT and other applicable taxes, issues invoices or receipts and executes refunds.
Paddle Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms
Paddle Refund Policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy
Creating a free account or receiving complimentary access never automatically creates a paid subscription or charge.
The LeQGC team may offer access to the Essential or Pro plan for a fixed period (for example as part of a referral, a partnership or a goodwill gesture). This access involves no payment and ends automatically on the scheduled date, with no paid renewal. The account then returns to the plan matching its other rights or, failing that, to the Free plan. Complimentary access may be withdrawn in the event of a material breach of these Terms.
Customer referral: where the programme is offered, a paying subscriber can share a referral link. The person who takes out a paid plan through this link receives a 30% discount on their first three monthly billing periods; for an annual plan, the discount takes the form of a fixed amount equal to 30% of three months at the plan's monthly price, deducted from their first annual payment. For each referred person, the referrer receives a 30% discount on their next three monthly billing periods; for an annual plan, a fixed amount equal to 30% of three months at the monthly price of their plan, deducted from their next annual payment. The referrer's discount is earned in full as soon as the referred person's first payment is past the 14-day withdrawal period without a refund or payment dispute, however long the referred person then stays subscribed; it applies from the referrer's next renewal, never to a period already paid, and discounts earned for several referred people apply one after another. The discounts are applied by Paddle.
Published portfolios carry a “LeQGC” mention that depends on the holder's plan: full mention on the Free plan, discreet mention on the Essential plan, no mention on the Pro plan. The mention adapts automatically when the plan changes.
5. Subscription length, plans and renewals
The monthly plan renews every month with no minimum term and no contractual notice period. The annual plan has an initial term of twelve months (thirteen months for the earlier annual subscriptions mentioned above), paid upfront. Unless cancelled, each plan renews for a period of the same length and results in the next charge at the amount disclosed at purchase or, after a price change, at the amount notified in advance as described below. Plan changes: moving from Essential to Pro on the same billing period takes effect immediately, after acceptance of these terms, and only the prorated difference for the current period is charged; moving from Pro to Essential and changing the billing period (monthly to annual or annual to monthly) take effect at the end of the period already paid, with no refund or credit for the current period. Current billing periods and scheduled charges are as confirmed by the reseller and/or shown in the subscription management interface.
For the annual plan, a reminder is emailed to the account address no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the deadline to avoid renewal. It states that deadline, the next charge and how to cancel. Where a consumer or non-professional did not receive this notice as required by article L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code, they may cancel free of charge at any time after the renewal and obtain a pro rata refund of amounts paid for the unused period.
Any change to the reference price is notified before the renewal concerned: at least thirty days in advance for the monthly plan, and in the reminder above for the annual plan. It never applies to a period already paid. Subscribers who decline it may cancel before the renewal at no cost.
Switching between plans takes effect as shown in the subscription management interface or as confirmed by support. Otherwise, the new plan starts at the end of the current period, without charging the same period twice.
6. Cancellation
Users can cancel future renewals at any time through their subscription management route or Paddle's buyer portal, without contractual cancellation fees. Paid access normally remains available until the end of the already paid billing period, subject to any stronger statutory right. Cancelling does not automatically erase the account or all data and is not itself a statutory withdrawal or refund request.
Before confirming cancellation from the account, users may, if they wish, give the reason for leaving; a single alternative may be shown for information. These steps are optional: they neither delay nor prevent cancellation, which is confirmed on the same screen. At the end of the paid period, the account returns to the Free plan, as described in clause 4.
For the annual plan, cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the annual period already paid. Except for statutory withdrawal, a missing pre-renewal reminder, a more protective statutory right or a failure by CINE SERVICES, the unused part of an annual period already paid is not refunded.
Any additional mandatory cancellation method applicable in the user's jurisdiction remains available.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers with a statutory withdrawal right, including where the applicable conditions are met in the European Union, retain that right. Merely signing into a continuing software service does not automatically waive withdrawal rights. Mandatory remedies for non-conforming services also remain available.
For the annual plan, the statutory withdrawal period runs from the initial purchase, not from each renewal, unless local law provides otherwise. Where it is exercised, the seller issues the refund under applicable rules, which may require payment of an amount proportionate to the service provided where performance began at the consumer's express request during the withdrawal period.
Ordinary cancellation, statutory withdrawal and complaints about faulty service are distinct procedures. See the policy below and https://leqgc.com/refund-policy. Rules specific to digital template packs are set out in clause 12.
8. Service continuity and liability
The available Service features depend on account permissions and currently provided functionality. Technical incidents and maintenance interruptions may occur. CINE SERVICES seeks to address them reasonably but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular business outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer remedies, warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Exporting data and ending use
Workspace data still stored and accessible can be reviewed or exported using the relevant account functions. If access is difficult, users can contact support. Ending a payment subscription, ending an access right, and requesting personal data erasure must be distinguished.
10. Community
The community is a space reserved for signed-in members with a confirmed email address. To post, members first accept the community rules. They can publish posts, replies, polls and challenges, react and vote. Videos are shared only as links to third-party platforms, whose terms govern playback. Adding images may be reserved for paid plans.
The following are prohibited in particular: unlawful content (threats, harassment, hateful or discriminatory statements, defamation, invasion of privacy or image rights, infringement, violent or pornographic content, fraud); unsolicited canvassing, selling or promotion of services; spam and misleading or malicious links; publishing contracts, contact details or confidential information of brands, clients or third parties; disclosing other people's amounts; impersonation. Members who mention a product or a brand with which they have a commercial relationship say so clearly.
Members keep the rights in their content and warrant that they may publish it. They grant CINE SERVICES, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, the right to host, reproduce, technically adapt (format, size, preview) and display it to community members, including when it is pinned or featured by the team, for as long as it is online plus technical backup cycles. No member content is used outside the community, in particular for advertising, without the member's separate consent.
For content published by members, CINE SERVICES acts as a hosting provider: it does not review content before publication and acts promptly to remove or disable access to unlawful content once it becomes aware of it. Any member can report content with the “Report” button. Anyone, member or not, can also report unlawful content to support@leqgc.com, stating the exact location of the content, why it is considered unlawful, their name and email address (except where the law provides otherwise), and a statement of good faith. A report sent by email is acknowledged, and the decision taken is then communicated to its author.
Reports and content picked up by a keyword list are reviewed by the moderation team. Some keywords may hide content automatically pending that review. Depending on severity, the team may hide or delete content, lock a thread, issue a warning or temporarily suspend community access; for serious or repeated breaches, access may be withdrawn. The person concerned is informed of the decision and the reasons for it, except where the law prohibits it or for deceptive commercial spam. They may contest it by replying to that notice or writing to support@leqgc.com: the request is reviewed again by a member of the team. Other remedies, including court action, remain available.
Single point of contact for authorities and users under the European rules on digital services: contact@leqgc.com, in French or English.
11. Gear shop and affiliate links
The shop presents a gear selection chosen by the LeQGC team, with affiliate links to Amazon.fr. These links are commercial communications. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. This commission does not change the price paid.
LeQGC does not sell this gear. Ordering, payment, delivery, warranties, withdrawal rights and customer service are handled by Amazon or the seller shown on Amazon, under their own terms. Prices shown on LeQGC are indicative, dated, and may differ from the actual price at the time of purchase.
The “Ma liste” (saved list) feature, where offered, lets users keep products aside; it is stored only in the user's browser. The add-to-Amazon-cart button sends Amazon the references of the selected products; Amazon shows a confirmation page before anything is added to the cart.
12. Digital template packs
Packs are document templates sold individually, with no subscription or renewal, and delivered as downloadable files. They are sold by Paddle, reseller and official seller of the order (Merchant of Record), which collects payment, calculates VAT, issues the invoice or receipt and executes refunds. CINE SERVICES supplies the files and grants the licence. Where the cart is offered, one order may include several packs: each pack remains subject to the same rules.
Templates are a working base: they are not personalised legal, accounting or tax advice, and buyers remain responsible for adapting and using them. The licence is personal: buyers may send their clients and brands the documents they have completed for them, but may not share, resell or make the templates themselves available.
Before payment, the buyer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the pack is made available. A confirmation of the order, restating this consent, is sent to the buyer by email. Without this consent and this confirmation, the 14-day statutory withdrawal right still applies. Statutory conformity guarantees for digital content apply in all cases.
13. Brand directory
Available to Pro subscribers only, the brand directory lists generic contact email addresses that brands themselves publish for business enquiries (for example on their website or official pages). It contains no named personal addresses. Subscribers using it send business messages in their own name: they identify themselves clearly, keep to proposals related to the brand's business, and immediately honour any request not to be contacted again. A brand may ask to be removed from the directory at confidentialite@leqgc.com.
14. Support, complaints and disputes
Software, access, security and account-data issues: support@leqgc.com.
Billing questions: facturation@leqgc.com. Buyer receipts, transaction payments and seller refunds: https://paddle.net/
Complaints may be submitted in writing to the appropriate party. Statutory rights, remedies and avenues of redress available to consumers in their country remain unaffected. Paddle Buyer Terms separately govern transactions sold by Paddle without removing CINE SERVICES' responsibilities for its software.
Material changes to these Terms are communicated in accordance with applicable law.
IMPORTANT CONSUMER INFORMATION BY LOCATION
Renewal notice — The monthly plan renews every month and the annual plan every year (every thirteen months for annual subscriptions taken out before 26 October 2026) until cancelled. You can stop the next renewal at any time, without contractual advance notice or cancellation penalty, through your account or Paddle's buyer portal. Paid access normally lasts until the end of the paid period. For the annual plan, you receive a reminder between three months and one month before the deadline to avoid renewal. More protective mandatory laws remain applicable.
European Union (including France, Belgium and Luxembourg) — Where you qualify as a consumer and the statutory conditions apply, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance services contract. Withdrawal is distinct from ordinary cancellation, and initial use alone is not an automatic waiver. Applicable online withdrawal and cancellation mechanisms remain available as required by law. For digital template packs, this right ends when the pack is made available if you requested immediate delivery, acknowledged losing the right and received your order confirmation.
Switzerland — Swiss law does not establish a general 14-day withdrawal right for every online service purchase. Applicable statutory protections and the reseller's terms remain relevant.
Morocco — When Moroccan consumer law applies and its conditions are met, certain distance contracts allow a seven-day withdrawal period, subject to legal exceptions. Mandatory Moroccan consumer rights remain unaffected.
