Only if you decide so. Templates help you write, and by default nothing goes out until you have reviewed and approved it. On the Pro plan, you can switch on automatic payment reminders sent from your Gmail yourself, and switch them off at any time.

Connecting Gmail is optional (Pro plan). It is used to send, from your own address, the messages you approve and, if you switch them on, your automatic payment reminders. LeQGC asks Google only for permission to send email on your behalf and for your email address: it does not read your inbox. You can disconnect at any time from LeQGC or from your Google account.

Yes. The quote assistant starts from your rates (hooks, usage rights, exclusivity, rush) and prepares a PDF. You remain responsible for its content.

No. Tracking agreed, invoiced and received amounts is indicative. Use a suitable tool or professional for accounting and tax duties.

No. You record amounts received to track them; LeQGC is not involved in payments between you and brands.

No: each pack is a one-time purchase, downloadable as soon as payment clears. Payment is processed by Paddle, the merchant of record.
