Terms of use of the LeQGC digital packs

Version packs-v2-2026-10-26, dated 26 October 2026. English translation provided for convenience: the French version is the binding one. These terms supplement the LeQGC terms and conditions (article 12). They apply to every digital template pack bought in the LeQGC shop (UGC Contracts Pack, Quotes & Invoices Pack, Outreach Pack, Pricing Pack and the complete QG bundle). The publisher is identified in the site's legal notice.

1. Purpose

A pack is a set of document templates (texts, spreadsheets, outlines) delivered as a downloadable file. The templates are provided as a starting point: you adapt them to your situation and remain responsible for their final content, their compliance and how you use them.

The templates are not personalised legal, accounting or tax advice. They do not replace the opinion of a professional (lawyer, accountant) for a specific situation. Applicable rules may change after the version date of the pack.

2. Order and payment

Packs are sold by Paddle, the official reseller and seller of the order (Merchant of Record). Paddle collects the payment, calculates and collects the applicable taxes (including VAT), issues the invoice or receipt and processes refunds, under its buyer terms. LeQGC provides the files and grants you the licence described below.

Displayed prices include all taxes, for a one-time purchase with no subscription or renewal. When the cart is offered, one order can group several packs: each pack remains subject to these terms, and your two agreements (article 6) apply to every pack in the order.

3. Personal licence

Once the payment is confirmed, LeQGC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable licence to use the templates of the pack, for the duration of copyright protection.

You may:

  • download the files and keep them on your own devices;
  • edit the templates and use them for your own creator business;
  • send your clients and brands the documents you completed for them (contract, quote, invoice, reminder, rate card…), as many times as needed.

4. Restrictions

Unless LeQGC has given its prior written consent, you may not:

  • reproduce, copy or distribute all or part of the templates beyond the use set out in article 3;
  • pass on the templates themselves (blank or reusable) or the download link to other creators or third parties, including in a group, a community, a shared drive or on social media;
  • resell, rent, lend, give away or make the templates available, even modified, for free or for payment;
  • include the templates in a competing product, course or service.

Any full or partial performance or reproduction made without the author's consent is unlawful (article L122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code). It is an infringement punished under article L335-2 of the same code. LeQGC may suspend access to downloads in case of breach, without prejudice to any other action.

5. Delivery

The pack is available immediately after the payment is confirmed, in the "My purchases" section of the shop. Each download link is personal and expires after sixty seconds; you can generate a new one at any time from your account. The complete QG bundle gives access to all four packs.

6. Right of withdrawal

Packs are digital content supplied without a physical medium. Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose this right.

Before paying, you therefore give two agreements: you accept these terms, and you expressly request immediate delivery of the pack, acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as it is made available. Without these agreements, the purchase cannot start. They are recorded with your order, together with the version of these terms you accepted.

An order confirmation is sent to the email address of your account. It restates your agreement to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal. If you did not receive this confirmation, you keep your fourteen-day right of withdrawal: write to support.

7. Refunds and warranty

If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not match its description, write to support@leqgc.com: we replace it or, failing that, the refund is processed by Paddle, the seller of the order. You can also contact Paddle directly at https://paddle.net/. A granted refund ends the licence and removes the pack from "My purchases". The legal conformity guarantees for digital content still apply.

8. Contact

For a question about a pack, a download or these terms: support@leqgc.com, or the Support page of the site. For a billing question: facturation@leqgc.com. For a receipt or a payment handled by Paddle: https://paddle.net/.
