UGC Contracts Pack
A contract signed before filming means a deposit paid, rights granted one by one and fewer arguments after delivery. This pack gives you four complete templates, written under French law, and a guide to adapt them if your business is in another country.
The rights are granted for the following territory: [FRANCE / FRANCE AND FRENCH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES: LIST / EUROPEAN UNION / WORLDWIDE]. For online use, the territory means the countries targeted by the Brand in its ad settings.
A set territory and duration for each use protect your value: when it ends, the brand renews and you invoice again.
One purchase, both languages: you choose the language each time you download, in “My purchases”.

English version
A translation of the same contracts, to sign in English with a foreign brand. French law stays the default; the governing-law clause changes in one sentence, and the country guide, in English, gives the replacements for the five countries. For any other country, it lists what to check.
Fields to complete
Clauses are written in full: you fill in, you don't rewrite. Left blank: what is specific to each collab, such as both parties' details, company number, amounts, dates, deliverables, duration and territory of the rights. Every field to complete is in capitals between brackets and highlighted in yellow, for example [AMOUNT] or [DD/MM/YYYY]. When there are several options, they are listed in the field: keep the right one and delete the others.
Yes, once the fields are completed and both parties have signed: the clauses are already written and checked against French law in force (October 2026). These are templates, not personalised legal advice; for a large contract or a special case, have it reviewed.
As is if your business is in France, whatever the brand's country. In Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Quebec or Morocco, with the replacements in the country guide (company number, legal references, governing-law clause). Elsewhere the structure holds, but have the clauses checked by a professional in your country.
Compare it with the pack's templates: rights granted, duration, territory, exclusivity, payment terms. You will know what to ask them to change.
Templates and the country guide in Word (.docx), which also open in Google Docs and Pages. In French, the user guide and read-only versions as PDF; in English, the user guide in Word.
